Shipping Fees
Our shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout for all international shipping and a flat fee of $6.99 for US orders only.

Shipping Times
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipped item to reach its destination once the item has been picked up from our offices by the carrier. Standard orders may take up to 3-5 business days to be shipped out after receiving your order. Business Days are defined by Monday-Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays).

All orders are expected to be delivered between 3-7 business days later after the processing period.

Mae Otti is not liable for shipment that is subject to duties and taxes imposed by the customs in your country.

If your order is a pre-order item, it will be shipped together on the pre-order ship date. Please note that all pre-order items have a ship date on the product description.

RETURNS

  • You have 10 business days from the day your order is delivered to request a return OR Kindly fill the return order form in your package and include in your return, we will process as soon as we receive it.

  • After 10 business days, returns are only eligible for store credit or an exchange.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with the return slip included.

REFUND

  • Refunds are available for non-clearance items returned within 10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your order arrived in error.

  • After the 10-day window (non-clearance items), you’ll receive store credit or an exchange instead.

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process your return once we receive it.

STORE CREDIT & EXCHANGE

  • Processing takes 1–3 business days after we receive your return.

  • If your requested exchange is out of stock, we’ll issue Refund or Store credit so you can shop for something you love.

CLEARANCE ITEMS

  • All clearance sales are final.

  • They may be eligible for store credit or exchange, but no refunds.

Ya'll... I have been coveting this print for a long time, and I finally was able to order it. I was heartbroken that the arms are too tight. It fits beautifully everywhere else, and the colors were stunning on me. I just have disproportionately large arms. Work in progress :-). Hopefully I can order the Moremi dress in other prints in the future.

Baby, this dress made me feel like a queen. It feels like quality and the colors are vibrant. I will wear this all year long. I am already plotting for boots and a sweater in fall and winter! I sized down because I lost a little weight but it was a little snug in the bust so I probably should gotten my normal size. If you're not busty like me (38F), I think you can safely size down.

I purchased a size small for myself. I’m generally a size 4 or 2 in women. However; These items swallow me up in every way. The small is not small at all. These items are made with plus sized women in mind!!! Love the print! Maybe consider making True smalls or an x and xx small for slim physically fit and more athletic body types!

Color is vibrant and as pictured. Fir me, the waist is cut somewhat high and it makes me look a little full on the bottom half. And the buttons gapped a little. I'm hoping I lose a few pounds and the dress will flow a little better, as it was pricey. May order one more item to give them a try. But really appreciate the fast shipping.
