We want you to love your MAE OTTI pieces! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work:

RETURNS
  • You have 10 business days from the day your order is delivered to request a return OR Kindly fill the return order form in your package and include in your return, we will process as soon as we receive it.

  • After 10 business days, returns are only eligible for store credit or an exchange.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with the return slip included.


REFUND

  • Refunds are available for non-clearance items returned within 10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your order arrived in error.

  • After the 10-day window (non-clearance items), you’ll receive store credit or an exchange instead.

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process your return once we receive it.


STORE CREDIT & EXCHANGE

  • Processing takes 1–3 business days after we receive your return.

  • If your requested exchange is out of stock, we’ll issue Refund or Store credit so you can shop for something you love.


CLEARANCE ITEMS

  • All clearance sales are final.

  • They may be eligible for store credit or exchange, but no refunds.


RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
