MAE OTTI  RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your MAE OTTI pieces! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work:

RETURNS

  • You have 10 business days from the day your order is delivered to request a return OR Kindly fill the return order form in your package and include in your return, we will process as soon as we receive it.

  • After 10 business days, returns are only eligible for store credit or an exchange.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with the return slip included.

REFUND

  • Refunds are available for non-clearance items returned within 10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your order arrived in error.

  • After the 10-day window (non-clearance items), you’ll receive store credit or an exchange instead.

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process your return once we receive it.

STORE CREDIT & EXCHANGE

  • Processing takes 1–3 business days after we receive your return.

  • If your requested exchange is out of stock, we’ll issue Refund or Store credit so you can shop for something you love.

CLEARANCE ITEMS

  • All clearance sales are final.

  • They may be eligible for store credit or exchange, but no refunds.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Could you consider longer inseam pants for taller ladies? ( 5ft 10 inches or taller) 31 inseam will work perfectly. I have purchased 3 dresses from Mae OTTI and they fit perfect. However l have been reluctant to get your pants simply due to the above reasons. Keep up the great work, Thanks Princess

I haven’t wore it yet but the quality is fantastic and well made. It a bit small due to the material is not stretchy, but then that would not be authentic African material. I got this for my 50th HS reunion so I have some weight loss required So I can get into it. I’ll send pictures when later.

The colors are so pretty, and I found the perfect crimson cardigan to compliment it for fall workwear. I did have to air out the dress outdoors though. There was a strong fragrance on the dress that took 3-4 days to eliminate.

Ya'll... I have been coveting this print for a long time, and I finally was able to order it. I was heartbroken that the arms are too tight. It fits beautifully everywhere else, and the colors were stunning on me. I just have disproportionately large arms. Work in progress :-). Hopefully I can order the Moremi dress in other prints in the future.
