Refund policy

MAE OTTI wants you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, we will gladly accept your return post-dated 1-10 Business days after receiving your original order by mail.

Merchandise must be returned with the original tags and proof of purchase attached and in sale-able condition. Mismatched items cannot be accepted for return.

Items must be mailed out 1-10  Business days after receiving products.

CLEARANCE items are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Clearance items are only eligible for  Store credit or exchange only.
