You have 10 business days from the day your order is delivered to request a return OR Kindly fill the return order form in your package and include in your return, we will process as soon as we receive it.
After 10 business days, returns are only eligible for store credit or an exchange.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with the return slip included.

REFUND

Refunds are available for non-clearance items returned within 10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your order arrived in error.
After the 10-day window (non-clearance items), you’ll receive store credit or an exchange instead.
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process your return once we receive it.

Gorgeous colorful dress! So feminine and pretty! I received so many compliments. The design is unique and eye-catching, and the material is very nice cotton. The waist details and full skirt are very figure flattering. I absolutely love back-zip dresses, and this is a good, sturdy zipper. Pockets!!! Yay!!! It is a very snug fit at the waist. I wear a small and it’s a perfect fit - almost too perfect. No big meals for me when I wear this! Lol.

This dress is pretty and the colors really pop. I have shopped with Mae Otti long enough to know when I should size up or down. Because they use the same model most times, I observe the fit on her. She typically always models in a small and if I notice it is snug on her that tells me it runs a little on the small size and I will size up and same for if its loose on her. This piece is snug on the waist but it's nothing my waist cincher cant handle. I love it! I am a size medium, 36-29-42, 155 lbs

This dress is absolutely beautiful! I love the colors, and the fabric feels so soft and flows perfectly. My only concern is the sizing. I typically wear a 2X, but since the material doesn’t have much stretch, I ordered a 3X for extra room. Even then, I struggled to zip the dress and needed help getting it closed. I would love to purchase another dress because the quality and style are amazing, but I’m a little hesitant due to the sizing issue.
