Our shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout for all international shipping and a flat fee of $5.99 for US orders only.
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipped item to reach its destination once the item has been picked up from our offices by the carrier. Standard orders may take up to 3-5 business days to be shipped out after receiving your order. Business Days are defined by Monday-Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays).
All orders are expected to be delivered between 3-10 business days later after the processing period.
Mae Otti is not liable for shipment that is subject to duties and taxes imposed by the customs in your country.
If your order is a pre-order item, it will be shipped together on the pre-order ship date. Please note that all pre-order items have a ship date on the product description.

Our return policy lasts for only 10 business days after the delivery date. If 10 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t approve a return application. Should you wish to return the item after the 10 business days period you will be issued a store credit or an exchange.
Be sure to return the item in its original condition (including packaging, and return slip). All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
- We only offer refunds to items that are NOT ON CLEARANCE and are still within a 10 business day return window period.
- Shipping fee are NON-REFUNDABLE, they will only be refunded when there is an error with your order from our end.
- Should you wish to return the (NOT ON CLEARANCE) item after the 10 business day period you will be issued a store credit or an exchange item.
